With a background in Cosmetic Science and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, she specialises in translating complex technical challenges into innovative, customer-focused solutions. She works closely with R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand customer needs and recommend effective formulation strategies.

Daniela Petro

Daniela brings 20 years of experience in skin care and hair care development. Over the past eight years at Sharon Personal Care, she has specialised in technical support for customers to help guide selection and optimise ingredients for targeted applications. Daniela's work is grounded in the belief that cosmetics are a harmonious blend of scientific rigor, formulation expertise, creative exploration, customer-centric thinking, and sensorial design.
